Orders & acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm orders by phone or email. We may decline or cancel an order if a product is out of stock, mispriced, or the delivery address is outside our service area.
Pricing
All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We try to keep prices accurate but reserve the right to correct errors before dispatch.
Payment
We accept Cash on Delivery, bank transfer, JazzCash/EasyPaisa, and card payments. For COD, no advance payment is required. Bank/wallet orders are dispatched after payment is confirmed.
Shipping & delivery
Standard delivery is free on orders of ₨20,000 and above; otherwise a flat shipping charge applies. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary by location and courier availability.
Warranty
WindTech appliances carry a 1-year brand warranty against manufacturing defects. Warranty does not cover physical damage, misuse, or unauthorised repairs. Keep your invoice as proof of purchase.
Returns & exchanges
Faulty items can be reported within 7 days of delivery for repair, replacement, or refund per our warranty terms. The product must be in its original condition with accessories and packaging.
Limitation of liability
WindTech is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from product use beyond the value of the product purchased, to the extent permitted by law.
